      Book Suggestion

      Mom - if Violet's still into vampire stories, you might want to check out the Morganville Vampire series by Rachel Caine. Jeff and I just finished the first book (on CD), Glass Houses, and it was pretty interesting. I think there were a few"words" in it, but the violence is pretty tame and a couple of quick kisses were as far as anyone went for sex/romance. If books were rated like movies, it would probably get a PG. I think there's about 10 books in the series so far.

        I'll look into it. The school librarian has been giving her books lately. So far she's read such things as Pride and Prejudice, Withering Heights , and now has My Sister's Keeper.
