Well the Verizon tech came out today to look at the lines. After a bit of troubleshooting, it appears that we might actually be back in business. All the extra noise on the phone line is now gone completely, and we are around 40% bandwidth utilization for good connectivity. So hopefully things should be back to normal now for all those who have been having issues getting to the site.I can't wait for the day when I get enough PHP under my belt to convert all the current sites to a Unix/Linux...

In case outsiders or new members want to know what's required to utilize this site's features, I have posted Site Requirements on the home page (for the time being). Browser support is limited to Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 1.5 and Netscape 8 or their respective higher versions.
