The good thing about Monday, is that it leads to Tuesday...and so on, and so forth...before I know it, it will be Friday again, so that I may look forward to a fun filled weekend of chores.  

Today should be an easy day, as I am doing office work for Calvert Construction...and Amber likes to sleep in..so, no darting out the door at six this morning. 

I did learn an interesting thing today, that I thought might be helpful for you treadmill walkers.  When walking on a treadmill backwards, it would be wise to hang on to the handles....okay, I actually learned TWO things about walking on a treadmill this morning.  It is also a bad idea to watch a SAD movie while exercising, as breathing capacity is seriously diminished...and blowing the nose, makes it virtually impossible to hang on to the handles.

I hope that everyone has a good Monday.  HeatherDawn had better still be at home, sitting on the couch, but I am not putting any money on it.  The kids are still sleeping, so I am gonna go get cleaned up.  Love to all!
