    No Weanie Roast for Us...

Posted by Grateful on Friday, July 21, 2006 @ 08:18 AM
Well, thankfully, the shop did not burn to the ground...we were spark vigilant, and most of the mess evaporated...I still cannot smell anything bus gasoline though.  This was a good lesson for we parents though.  As Zachary works his way through his difficult period, he must be closely monitored at all times.  He is simply not capable of thinking these things through, whether it is flicking Brianna, or a gasoline flood.  It is difficult, but he must remain within five steps of me at all times, or we are going to have a problem.

Another hot day on the horizon, but work should be good today.  One client shifted to Monday, so only two houses to clean today, and a meeting with a new client.  One of the houses that I will visit today is owned by the gentleman who has the personal assistant postion coming up...the one that I enthusiastically applied for.  Hopefully, I will get an update today on the process.  I am very ready for a different job, and one in which I could work from home, so keep fingers crossed.  Because the company (Outward Bound) is a school related company, I get the feeling that they are not filling the position until school starts, which would be perfect for us, as Z starts Kindergarten this Fall, and will be attending five days a week,

Ok ...off to set water...the heat is relentless, so flowers, trees and shrubs are thirsty!  Everyone have a wonderful day of computer manipulation, ditch digging, berry picking, cannonballing, and server sweating!

    Anyone else smell gas???

    Lisa
