      Jeff, I have tried to Help Grandma Anne with the the new password you gave her for this site and I could not make it work. Any way you could reset it and I will try again. Thanks Suzie

        Suzie,

        I actually didn't reset anything. I suggested using the"forgot password" link at the top right-hand portion of the site header (only shows up if you're logged out). This will generate a new random password and email it to the specified account. It's pretty straight forward but please let me know if you still experience problems logging in after the password reset.
